On 1st January 2021, we created a new subsidiary company, called “ECD Poultry Ltd”. This is the second step in a process designed to simplify the E C Drummond (Agriculture) Ltd Group. We have transferred the poultry trade and assets that were previously held in E C Drummond (Agriculture) Ltd into the new subsidiary.
This follows on from the first step a year earlier when we transferred our soft fruit trade and assets into “Homme Soft Fruit Ltd”.
E C Drummond (Agriculture) Ltd now has three trading subsidiaries – the third being Brackley Farms Ltd which we added back in March 2020.
We hope that these changes will make our administration, procurement and management simpler, both internally and when working with our suppliers and customers.
